I began my day with a rigorous fitness routine, determined to stay active and healthy. As I went through the motions, I suddenly let out a fart while lifting my leg. To my horror, I realized that it was not just a fart, but diarrhea that made a loud sound and escaped from my bottom, causing me to soil myself. It was a mortifying experience, but I refused to let it deter me. I decided to finish my workout, even with the hot diarrhea sliding in my pants and urine running down my thighs.
