A woman is escorted to the back of a car, where she receives another enema injection into her anus. She is then led along a path, with the man continuously injecting more and more fluid into her anus as she walks. Eventually, she becomes unable to take any more and starts to expel the fluid while continuing to walk. The man then proceeds to refill her with even more fluid as she expels it, creating a continuous cycle.
