Two women express their dislike towards their new stepfather by tormenting him when he is left alone in the house. They order him to undress, leaving him in his underwear, and force him to lie on the floor. Without warning, they take turns puking on his face, submerging his head in their vomit and causing him to gasp for air. As he tries to escape, they quickly pin him down, pushing his face into the pile of puke on the floor. They then force him to eat the remaining vomit, only stopping when there is almost none left.
