A nurse, fed up with a patient who continually gropes her, decides to enact a devious revenge. One night, she immobilizes him and secures his mouth open with metal clamps. Positioning a portable toilet above his head, she takes her seat and defecates directly into his mouth, forcing him to consume her waste in its entirety.
