Today, I have created a fitness class video for your viewing pleasure. Follow my instructions and get back in shape! All you need is a mat and a step stool. If you don’t have one, you can use a human substitute, just like I did in the video. I start with some light jogging in place, followed by step exercises, abdominal work, squats, and push-ups.
