We left him shackled throughout the night in chains and a straitjacket. As he sees us approaching, he pleads for mercy, yet he is unaware that this is merely the start. My friend Samantha and I intend to silence him in our preferred manner: by thrusting our bare feet into his mouth. We allow him to remove our shoes and we begin, ruthlessly, humiliating and insulting him as our feet plunge deep into his throat. We also make him lie down so that we can penetrate deeper and deeper until he can no longer resist, and he even vomits – a nauseating sight!
