The condemned man, fully naked except for a black leather straitjacket, is led by a chain attached to his neck to the throne of his executioner, Lady Scarlet. His face is covered, and his hands are bound behind his back. Kneeling before her, he is condemned to gag on Lady Scarlet’s big feet.
Lady Scarlet commands him to remove her shoes, and he complies, pulling them off from the heel as she places her feet on his face. She pushes her foot into his mouth, covering it completely with her toes, and forces it down his throat, making it wet with saliva. She then switches feet, wiping the other one on his pathetic little dick before pushing it into his mouth as well.
With both feet now in his mouth, Lady Scarlet spreads them wider, stretching his mouth beyond its limits. His face turns red, and he begs for mercy, but Lady Scarlet shows no mercy and continues until he is left exhausted on the ground.
