In this video, I share an intimate moment as I cleanse my colon, a practice that I truly enjoy. I fill my colon with water, as much as it can hold, and then release it, experiencing an incredible sense of relief. The expelled liquid is almost entirely water, as I have been dealing with liquid stools the entire day.
The force of the water expulsion is so intense that it splashes over the edge of the bowl, making for a messier situation. This calls for additional cleaning in my parents’ bathroom.
