The toilet slave has just finished cleaning up a pile of feces, when one of the dominant women, Lady Domi, vomits on his face. The second dominant woman, Lady Kimi, follows suit, puking thick chunks that splatter on the floor. The servant is then tasked with using a spoon to scoop up the vomit and push it into his mouth. He must chew and swallow the regurgitated food, making for a movie that cater to those with a penchant for vomit-eating.
