The adult baby can’t get enough of his Nanny’s breasts, eagerly suckling on them. Now, it’s time for some solid food. Nanny prepares a bowl and positions herself above it, releasing her solid waste. She then proceeds to feed it to the adult baby, softening it up and adding water to make it easier to consume without the need for excessive chewing.
