The patient visits us with a concern that he has been unable to climax for a while. Dr. Carmen Rivera, accompanied by nurse Vegas, thoroughly examines the patient. Our examination includes a golden shower inhalation and administration, as well as the use of dilators to check the functionality of the patient’s “squirt hole.” We also test the patient’s reactions with electric stimulation, including anal probing.
