For a while, I keep his hand pinned beneath my boot heel, twisting it at times for added cruelty and amusement. I blow smoke in his face, ash in his mouth, slap him, and spit in his face. Slave licks the muck off my boot soles while I continue relaxing, flicking ashes into his mouth and casually spitting in his face whenever I feel like it. At one point, I slide my boot heel into his mouth and use him as a boot placeholder for a bit. And why not? He is lower than the dirt beneath my feet. In the end, I put my cigarette out on his tongue and drop the butt in his mouth, wipe my boot on his face, and walk off.
