As shown in the first part of the film, the Toilet’s cowardly behavior prompted Lady Grace and Lady Katherina to take action. They decided to build its confidence by feeding it the entire three bunches, thoroughly filling its mouth with scat. As a result, the Toilet’s face is almost entirely covered with scat due to the abundant supply. However, it is worth noting that clean-eating toilets are quite uncommon.
