A large pile of trash lies before him, and he, resembling a fat worm, tries to consume it all. Lady Domi and Lady Kimi, the Scat Queens, spit on the pile and verbally degrade him, growing impatient with the time it takes. In response, Lady Kimi crushes him beneath her feet and forces his face into the pile of waste. Gradually, the mound begins to diminish in size.
